Water Filtration Performance
Filtrex Technologies’ flagship Enhanced Physisorption and Chemisorption (EPC) formulations give contaminant reduction performance, far in excess of that of regular coconut shell carbon for contaminants such as:
   Chlorine .    Monochloramine (Chloramine).    Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, and other heavy metals.    Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).    Arsenic.
The formulations can also include enhanced bacteriostatic properties to inhibit microbiological growth on the filter.
Air Filtration Performance Filtrex Technologies has also successfully trialled certain EPC carbon formulations for the reduction of toxic airborne contaminants including:
   Hydrogen Sulphide .    Sulphur Dioxide.    Chlorine    Ammonia.    Formaldehyde.
